Special Orders
The only place you can find magical weapons/armor are through quests, rewards, and getting Special Orders. You must provide the base item (i.e. you must give a sword in order to get it an enchanted sword) and you must pay first. You give a description of the weapon you want, and then we will give you the price. If you do not have what you need to pay, don't worry. You can go on a quest, get what you need, and come back.
